Once your request is approved, we will coordinate the return pickup.

The item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Refunds
Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds (where applicable) will be processed as cash reimbursement at the time of pickup or through an agreed alternative method, depending on your location and eligibility. Refunds are only applicable when:

The returned item is received in its original condition

The issue (damage/wrong item) is verified and approved

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order for the correct item.

Shipping Charges
